Ohne genaue Planung und die richtige Anleitung, w\u00fcrde das Arbeiten mit so vielen, meist unerfahrenen Menschen \u00f6fter im Chaos enden (und in diese Richtung ging&#8217;s bei uns anfangs auch manchmal). Dazu kommen An- und Abreisen, Unterbringung, Krankheiten, Fahrten \u2026 \u2013 es ist immer etwas los, und so gef\u00e4llt es uns auch: Viva la vida!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inzwischen gelten wir als recht gut organisiert \u2013 \u00abDeutsche eben\u00bb, wie unsere Freunde finden. Darum, dass trotzdem alles in einigerma\u00dfen geordneten Bahnen verl\u00e4uft,  k\u00fcmmern sich unter anderem Hannah J\u00fclich, Claudia Brady und Antonia Berndt, die auch Ansprechpartner im Team der Volunteer-Betreuer sind.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--EndFragment--><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Team Volunteers Hinter dem bunten Leben, das wir mit den Volunteers teilen, steckt auch ein gutes St\u00fcck Organisation.
