And where is Sammatz?
In the middle of Europe. And there in the north of Germany. In the middle of the triangle between the big German cities Hamburg, Berlin and Hannover. 80 km from Hamburg, our closest airport, 40 km from Lüneburg, our closest bigger railway station. 4 km from Göhrde our local train station (looks like a bus stop ?). 3 km from beautiful Elbe river, at the borders of Wendland, that’s what the region is called. On a beautiful hill, half enclosed by woods.
