to do our work …
We are happy every day to be allowed to do our work, namely to care for the animals and feed them every day, to herd them to the pasture, etc., to clean the stables and to keep the whole farm so that the animals are content and everyone likes to visit them. Of course, from spring to late autumn, this includes arable farming, where the fresh grass grows for the summer, and the delicious hay grows for the winter. Eating all day is the animals’ favourite hobby, especially the cows.
As mentioned, our team works enthusiastically on the care and preservation of our old animal breeds and on the biodynamic management of our land. But without our environment, without you, such a project as the ‘Arche-Hof’ can not work. Therefore, we are pleased when many people can say: ‘My Arche-Hof’ – an expression of the connection with our project, which helps us and the characterful farm animals in every way.

Eating all day is the animals’ favourite hobby

In addition to the friendly accompaniment of our work, it is great if as many people as possible like to buy and eat the delicious yoghurt, the fresh milk and the products of our ever-growing cheese assortment, which also taste gourmet with their French impression. What’s more, we could not participate in the preservation of old, beautiful animal breeds without the meat-eaters and their enjoyment of our healthy sausage and meat products from happy cows, but sometimes also of sheep and goats.
We are working hard to expand the marketing of our products, which so far has been running mainly through our farm shop and some local businesses. An online shop that supplies fresh produce too is also in the planning stage, as is a subscription box for those who live in the surrounding area, through which our products reach people who may not be able to visit our farm shop in person. Also, pre-ordering of meat products for example helps us a lot. For further information simply ask in the farm shop or write to our responsible staff.
In this way you can also send suggestions, questions and everything else to us. Of course we like to hear praise (like all people) but we are also open for discussion about our shortcomings☺!
