The work at the Eichenhof, where our teas and natural cosmetic products are made, is almost as hidden as the cheese processing. It is not only hygiene that plays a role here, rather it is the entire field of medicinal plant processing and quality research which requires a ‘healthy’, mindful working environment. Mobile phones and everyday gossip are left at the front door. Claudia Brady has set up the lab and is the contact person for the small, dedicated team in the white coats.
