Simultaneously healthy and tasty – that is the principle according to which we produce our food.
Delicious bread in many variations and bread rolls are made in our bakery. An excellent selection of cheeses and yoghurts are made from the milk of our cows in our dairy every day.
The vegetables, biodynamically grown for sure, come from the field which lies just outside the gates of the farm. The manufactory produces teas, oils and ointments.
There is something savoury from the butcher’s where we process our animals into meat products. Sausages and meat specialties which, when deliciously prepared, are a real treat.
Honesty that can be tasted
You can buy our products every day of the week in the farm shop which is located by the stables. In the kitchen and café our products are prepared in many delicious ways . Residents, volunteers and guests of our gardens are always delighted with the quality on offer.
